Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. In the event that your room is not vacated at check-out, the resort reserves the right to move your personal belongings and keep them in storage. There is a Transition room with Shower, lockers and bathroom facility in the lobby area in the event of a later flight, bellman will also store your luggage.

Average Taxi fare from and to airport is $28 USD
The bus stop is directly outside of the Resort to the right and the Fares: $2.60 or AWG 4.50 for one-way, $5.00 or AWG 8.75 for return, or $10.00 or AWG17.50 for a day pass, you must have exact change.
Free computer and internet access is available for owners and guests outside the members office next to the library. This service is for adults only. There is a sign up log and time limit of 15 minutes per unit. You can purchase a WiFi card at the Front Desk if you have a laptop, detailed instructions for WiFi connection are available clicking here.
To login into the Members Only Area you need to register your email address and to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Yes you do need a password to post but not to access the information. Anyone can view your posts and reply to them on the Rentals and Resales Boards.
You only need to login as a member to start posting.

Note: the Forums are located in the Members Only area of the website.

The front office has tennis & pickle ball rackets & balls on loan. To reserve in advance your racquets and court, please visit the front desk or email.
All rooms count with Sony Blu-Ray DVD players with HDMI and USB port.
Yes, we do have wheelchairs but they are limited, therefore we suggest that you contact us about 4 weeks prior to your arrival to reserve the wheel chair.
We do have cribs and highchairs, contact us 4 weeks prior to reserve these. Sorry, we do not have strollers or playpens.

Yes, you exchange your unit for a different week at Costa Linda or into another spectacular destination in Curacao or St. Maarten. Visit the Owners only section.
Yes, you can, we only require that you fax us an authorization prior to the arrival of your guests (at least 2 weeks). Email or Fax your authorization to 888-858 0845 attention Reservations Department.
Yes, there are 2 bbq grills directly on the beach, please call for the operator to ignite the grill and advise them when you are finished using it. It is FREE of charge.
A private gathering can be kept at the spectacular meeting and event room known as Cy Holley Members’ Suite. Located on the fourth floor the Cy Holley Members’ Suite offers an air conditioned space with spectacular views of Eagle beach and two bathrooms. Simply contact the Front Desk for reservation and cost.

The number on the right corner of your Purchase Agreement that reads contract #. The contract number is also displayed on your Share Certificate and Membership Card.
YES, we do have a notary on the island; the information is available at the Members Services Department. A fee applies.
No...Only owners are authorized to bank their weeks.
NO… Only those names registered on your contract.
Yes, but you cannot exceed the maximum occupancy 6 person per 2 bedroom unit and 8 per 3 bedroom unit.
No, members are only authorized to use the facilities when staying at Costa Linda (during their week(s), through an RCI exchange, or as a guest). We are sold out and our facilities are reserved for the exclusive usage of the members and guests staying at the resort.
If your name has changed (divorce, married, etc) and you have not notified the resort to make the necessary changes, please continue using the name as written on your contract, since that is the information that we use to verify your deposit.
YES…Please re-deposit your week with RCI or II after paying your maintenance fee.
All stays are subject to daily Occupancy Tax, Environmental Levy and Energy Surcharge.

Mandatory State Lodging taxes: 1 bedroom $14.93, 2 bedroom lockout, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom $17.22 per night.

Mandatory Environment Tax: 1 bedroom is $15 per stay, 2 bedroom lockout, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom unit is $25.00 per stay.

Mandatory Fees Electricity: 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom lockout $10.02, 2 bedroom $15.93, 3 bedroom $22.37 per night.

Service charge and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
