About your suite

Your spacious suite is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

• Television
  All suites are equipped with satellite color televisions and the following programming is available:
  

• Housekeeping
  Daily Housekeeping service is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on Sundays and local holidays. If you would like to have your room cleaned at a specific time between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., please inform your housekeeper or call the Housekeeping Office at Ext. 801.
  On Sundays your towels will be changed, toiletries will be replenished and trash cans will be emptied
  We kindly request that you keep your room as clean as possible. Please do not hang towels or clothes on your balcony railing, use the laundry line in the bathroom and the towel racks on the decks.
  A Housekeeping surcharge may be applied if your room requires additional cleaning.

• Using the Dishwasher
  You'll find a supply of automatic dishwasher detergent in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. In order to conserve electricity and water we suggest you to completely fill your dishwasher before running a cycle.

• Using the Microwave Oven
  Each suite is equipped with a microwave oven. Please use only the microwave-safe dishes provided by the hotel. Do not leave the temperature probe in the oven when not in use. Metal or foil should never be used in a microwave. For additional operating instructions please call the Maintenance Department between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. At all other times and on Sundays and Holidays, please contact the Operator by dialing 0.

• In-room Inventory
  Please check the inventory for your suite and report any missing or broken items immediately on the verification sheet. Sign it and take it to the Front Desk the same day. Any missing or broken items will be charged to your room account upon check-out. You are responsible for any damage to the suite and its contents.

• Air-conditioning
  When you leave your suite, please put your air-conditioning on low but do not turn it off as this could lead to mildew. Do not open the back and front doors at the same time as this will raise the humidity level in the room, something which could damage furniture and other room items.

• No Smoking
  Smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas, a $500 US penalty will be charged to sanitize the suite. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony.

• Green Globe
  Costa Linda is a proud member of the Green Globe sustainability certification program and takes steps to protect the environment through recycling, water and energy conservation, beach clean ups and more.
  Please help us keep the resort clean and help us save vital natural resources.

• Do not litter, use the trash cans placed throughout the resort.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions and faucets and put the air-conditioning on low when leaving your suite.
