Costa Linda Front Desk

    Check in time is 4 p.m.

  • Check out

    Check-out is 12 noon. Subject to availability, there will be one or more hospitality rooms available for usage after this time. The room number(s) will be available at the Front Desk. In the event that your room is not vacated at check-out, the resort reserves the right to move your personal belongings and keep them in storage.

  • The late fee is US $100.

    You will not be able to make payments at the Front Desk between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

  • Occupancy Limits

    The maximum number of persons allowed per unit is (6) in the two-bedroom Suite and a maximum of eight (8) in the Supreme Suite (three-bedroom). Each child counts as one person. Extra guests will be assigned to another suite, at the normal daily hotel rate. All occupants of the suite must be registered on the reverse side of the registration card at check-in.

  • Billing

    In order to speed you through the check-out procedures we will provide you with a preliminary room bill statement on the day prior to your departure. Please keep in mind that the preliminary bill does not include your final night's room charges or any additional charges you might have incurred from the time the bill was presented. Please check your account and pay it at the Front Desk (Ext. 5 or 6) before 10 p.m.

  • Paying your Bill

    Travelers checks are accepted as a method of payment around the hotel and can also be cashed at the Front Desk between 7 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. There is a daily limit of $100 US per room per day. The resort also accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • In-room Safe

    Each suite is equipped with a digital safety deposit box located in the Master Bedroom closet. Please store your valuables in the safe. The Resort is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in your suite or public areas.

  • "We Care" Agent

    Assist us in caring for your suite, become a member of our Guest Vision Program; the extra eyes to help us keep the resort looking beautiful! For immediate attention please call the "We Care Agent" at ext. 862 who will gladly take care of your request. An agent is on duty from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. At all other times and at weekends, please call the Front Desk at ext. 5 or 6.

  • Comment Cards

    Your feed back is invaluable and will help us as we look for ways to improve our services and enhance your vacation experience. Please help us by filling in the comment card and/ or the "We Care" card in your suite.

  • Luggage

    Please contact the Bell-Desk at extension 7 when checking out and for luggage storage.
